It has come to our attention that fake acceptance letters claiming to be from the Journal of Intercultural Communication are circulating in PDF format. Please be advised that these documents are fraudulent and not issued by our editorial team.

It has come to our attention that a third-party entity, falsely identifying themselves as “Articles Academy (https://a-articles.com/en/about/), Ukraine, Lviv town, Zamarstinivska street, 233”, with the email info@a-articles.com, a.lily.kravchuk@gmail.com has been circulating fake acceptance letters in PDF format under the name of the Journal of Intercultural Communication.

Please note the following:

  • The Journal of Intercultural Communication has no association with "Articles Academy" or any of its representatives.
  • The Journal of Intercultural Communication does not issue acceptance letters in PDF format.
  • Official acceptance notifications are only sent via email directly from our submission system.
  • Any PDF acceptance letters received outside of this process should be considered unauthorized and invalid.
  • We are not working with any third-party agencies and agents.

If you receive a suspicious document or communication, we strongly encourage you to:

  1. Do not respond or make any payment.
  2. Report it to us immediately at jicc@immi.se.
  3. Attach a copy of the suspicious file or message so we can investigate.

We are actively working to address this issue and appreciate your vigilance in protecting the integrity of our journal. If we identify any third-party involvement, the submission will be rejected, and the published articles will be retracted in accordance with COPE policy. The payment received from a third party will not be refunded.
